Labour migration is a universal phenomenon that extends back to millenniums. Leaving some exceptions, most of the countries around the world today rely on the labour migration to run their economy, either by sending or receiving the labour migrants. Labour migrants build the two countries simultaneously, by building and earning at the destination while remitting and investing at the origin.
The Migration Chronicles attempts to score the theories and practices that directly or indirectly influence the labour migration regime. It aims at creating the knowledge platform for the study of migration, development and human rights.
